Tourism is one of the biggest industries in the world. According to the stats provided by UN, tourism industry employs one in every ten people on Earth and provides livelihoods to hundreds of millions more.
Rethinking Tourism is 2022’s World Tourism Day theme.
Why rethinking is required?
Pandemic taught us that we need to become more conscious about our habits and behaviour, especially towards the environment. We have to change the way we travel and opt for sustainable and eco-friendly options.

Indonesia will host World Tourism Day 2022. The celebrations will begin in Bali and will focus on the theme ‘Rethinking Tourism’.
